Consumer rip-off fraud Tulsa

I asked for the account to be closed in Jan. Was told must 1st be zero balance. I assured them I would continue to make at least minimum payments. Refused to close until zero balance.

March was called by representative to confirm activity of 3 purchased made on that same day. I told her I did not make any purchased in well over a year. That was the beginning. Spoke with at least 7 people over the past few months including a colleciton dept. Rep. Who assured me if I paid the balance I agreed to be legitimate by phone that day, there would be no further contact with them & I would owe nothing.

Long story made short, I just received statement which included one of the disputed charges put back onto the account (for the third time) plus 3 late fees I was assured w/be removed because of all of my toubles plus a finance charge. After 40 minutes on the phone (w/two different people) I was told "I" need to send them a letter disputing this amt AGAIN... Once again, I was assured the disputed charge plus all additional late fees & finance charges would then be removed... To Be Continued... I'm sure!
