On April 28 at 9:48 PM I talked to technical support operator reference number 029541700 and explain to her I had a problem connecting to Internet. She then told me If I had a firewall. I said I don't know. She then gave me instructions on how to find out thru the computer. I was using my cell phone the number is and the computer was on.
So then we find that the computer is not giving back the information she wants to know, so then she tells me to uninstall netzero internet I ask if she was sure a couple of times she said yes. So I did. She then ask if it was done. I said it hasn't uninstall the netzero internet yet. She then said that's not what she told me, I said yes you did. She then said I told you to uninstall the norton internet security.
So I stop and ask her how long I've been on the phone. She said 30 minutes. I said that's almost 60 dollars. So then she said I can hang up and call back when I install back the netzero and uninstall the norton internet security and install it back again if I have any problems. Now I know I have to call back.
When I need instrutions to install the netzero. Because that's what I did the very first time I install it to get started. And to make matter's worse they we're communication gaps and I heard laughter in one instance in the background.
Te netzero account is under my mother's name because they charged her credit card. Her name is. I'am Efren. Her son. I was the one that was talking to the technical support operator. I explain this to my mother and she was very upset about this. That nothing was done during all that time on the phone.
Se said if that amount of time is going to charged to her credit card and she knows it's a dollar ninety-five a minute she is going to cancel the acount.
