Complaint / review text:
I signed up for netzero was having problems with the cd not letting me get on the internet at all times.
Was able to for about 4 days. Called netzero told them my problem they swithced me to get help / they talked me through how to get on netzero.
Had to try twice. I am not smart when it come to computers.
I signed up for internet service with netzero.
I recieved mycredit card bill they charged me 46.80 on 12/14/09
Then again was charged 13.65. Understand this charge its for internet.
Then another charge 7.97 on 12/12/09.
I dont understand why i was charged an extra 54.77 for them helping me to use there cd to get signed in. I would like my money put back please. You are suppose to get free live help.
