O.K., I Ordered a sweater from this company and waited over 7 weeks before i started e-mailing them in regards to my order. I received a general reply stating that they had computer problems (not to mention that my order was put in two weeks before they said they had computer problems!) Anyway, The rest of the e-mail was telling me how to get my money back from my credit card company and in no way they tried to help me. So, i e-mailed them again saying please re-order my order since they received full payment. They told me to get my money back from my credit card and go back to the web site and re-place the order. (how dumb does that sound?)... Dont order from this web site they'll just take your money and tell you to tell your credit card company you got frauded!!!
