Nearly three months ago, I paid the online store "The Leather Merchant" for a leather jacket, then asked for a refund when I noticed the shipping charge was nearly half the price of the jacket. The store refuses to give me my money back.
I have contacted the seller 8 times asking for a refund, however the only response I have received was a promised check recently which, to date, hasn't arrived.
I have repeatedly asked the seller for a phone number but he/she will not answer that request either.
I used PayPal for the purchase, and after filing a complaint with PayPal, they deemed my complaint absolutely valid. However, the seller won't post any funds in his/her account, so PayPal won't act on my behalf to recover my payment.
