On Jan 20, I ordered a leather jacket from just-leather.com. On Jan. 25, I sent an email to the seller to inquire when it would ship. I recieved an automatic reply on Jan. 31. When it finally arrived on Feb. 15th, it was not even close to what was pictured on the web site. I've sent two addtional email and called once. No reply other than the one automatically generated by the customer service system. I sent the jacket back today via the US PS with a delivery confirmation request. I will be sending all of the documentation to my VISA company to request a refund if one is not made by the seller. Given the other complaints I've read on the web, I'd be astounded if my money is refunded without additional problems.
