I am having problems with this company similar to the others listed here. When I first started using the company, the service was respectable, but by the end of September, turned for the worse.
The first trouble was sending the tracking information and the package never shipping, took 2 weeks of emails and it finally was shipped. They just made up textbook excuses and really had no idea what was going on. They stated the package would be delivered on such and such date, that was in the tracking information and that date had already passed. Assuming they are like tele-marketers, because their English was not the best.
So I made it through the first experience and should have known to quit. Placed a couple of different orders that were cancelled and when something was finally shipped, had the two customers complain because they are missing the major games in the playstation 2 bundle. All demos are there (who cares), but the complete games are missing. Wrote a complaint, no response, figures.
Then I had 2 other orders that were charged to my card and I was sent tracking information, only to have the orders cancelled a week or so later. Emails of course say it's going to be shipped soon. Never shipped so now I had almost $550 worth of credit. Still waiting on receiving anything from this credit and some of the money they have had for 3 weeks. Sent an email complaining and saying I didn't want their lousy credit since I can't get anything delivered to me, just want it the credit put back on my card.
They sent me a response restating the cancelled orders, like I didn't already know which ones they were, and said the other orders would be shipped out soon. I'm not holding my breath on that one.
Don't do business with, ruined my 100% feedback on ebay and I ended up losing money because I had to replace the missing games and as of now I'm out $550.
