The Company sent me an email regarding their Computrac Handicapping software, they promissed a money back guarantee if not satisfied, with no questions asked. I tried the program and was not happy with its performance. I cancelled within the required time and deleted the software completely from my Computer. The Company refused to refund my money as promissed.
