I got a software for television access on my p. C, i discovered that the software was not compartible with my p. C as i use a mac computer & the requirement for the software was a microsoft window.

I requested my money back as it states on their web site that customers were entitled to a 30 day guarantee but got no contact back from the company, i am still within my 30 day window and feel am entitled my money back.
