I made one order. I got charged twice. They refuse to remove the second charge. After waiting on hold for 3 and a half hours, the customer service rep said "Hello can i help you...", in less than 3 seconds before i could formulate a reply, he hung up. I called again, on hold again for 1 hour this time - a considerable chunk of my life given to Global Computer / Tiger Direct i can never get back. The customer service rep blamed the credit card company (the credit card company blamed Tiger Direct / Global Computer).
YES, YOU SAVE A FEW BUCKS. BUT LOOK AT WHAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE IN RETURN! Or shall i say, give up in return.
I think they set-up global computer because of other bad publicity about tiger direct.
