I was ripped off by Tiger TV aka Tiger Direct when I purchased a computer set that had the following. The computer did not have a users manual all it had was one piece of paper how to put it together and that information did not match the conections in back of the computer. It was not what I ordered. They told me that it was generic instructions.
When I told them to cancel the 3year warranty they said they would, but did not and I still did not get credit to my credit card it has been almost 9 months now they do not honor the one year warranty either
The printer lexmark 74-75 does not work. They sold me a ink refill kit. But the printer specs say that if you refill the printer cartridges, they will not work and will void the printer warrenty. The cyber accoustic 5 pcs surround sound does not work. I wound up paying for two surround soud accoustics because I had to give them my credit card again until they receive the bad one then they will credit my account when they receive the deffective one. That did not happen.
Tiger refused t. O give me a return merchandise number they also do not honor the rebates. When you call them to complain and ask for a supervisor they tell you that there are no supervisors and hang up. This happened many times.
They told me that I will have to pay a restocking charge.
For anything I send back and charge my credit card. They already had the number. I ordered a monitor 40r $3.99 and they charged me $599. For a different model.
The bank of America credit card department is of no help either they keep telling me that I have to pay them $2105 regardless what they did to me. The person that sold me this pile of junk was Alfredo Alfau an employee of Tiger TV.
