Ninety days later and $99.00 shorter I have nothing to show for it.
Sent five emails and finally got one to call instead. I called and got a non commital answer of "soon", and that was thirty days ago.
Today (02/28/06) I got the same answer of "soon", but I told the young man to send me a refund. I am tired of "soon" and just want my money back and the destruction of my banking info I sent them. Also informed him that unless I get my money back I will contact the AG's office.
Worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. I regret contacting them.
It remains to be seen if I will get my refund. I would rather they have honored the contract.
