Ordered a computer from www.PCDirectbiz.com in July. They charged my card for the $99 non refundable deposit. I canceled the order within 3 business days and knew that I would not get my deposit back. Okay, I can deal with that.
Now on November 24 www.PCDirectbiz.com once again charged my card for another $99 for something that was never ordered. I have tried to contact them and I get all I get is a voicemail. I have sent an email off to the refund department as well as a general email. My next step is to send one to the legal department at PCDirectbiz.com.
