I ordered online 3 DVD's. I received only one of them and asked for the merchandise on the other 2. They informed me I had to submit a claim which would take only 7-10 business days. I waited 3 weeks and sent several emails and all I got back in return were auto-responses on the emails with no valid information. I then asked for a refund because they didn't honor their policy and get back to me in 7-10 business days.
I then asked for a refund and they said it would take 5 business days and here it is 8 days later with several more emails and lengthy phone calls up to an hour on hold. They still have not honored my request. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they informed me it wouldn't do any good and refused to transfer me to one.
I am very unhappy and took 3 weeks of my daily time with much aggravation with this company. I will never do business with them again.
