Do not purchase anything from this company. My father purchased a phone on their website, then decided to cancel it. They promised a refund that would be given in 2-3 weeks... Nothing. My father sent 2 follow up emails and no response was given to him. I took over the hunt for our refund and I used their "contact us" feature that sends their Customer Service an email.
I finally get a response from them, but to my shock the email reads: "I am very sorry for this inconvenience but if you could please provide me with your order number in a new ticket (example: c123456), I will be happy to assist you".
Fine. I provide my order number (again) in a new ticket as they ask and I have not heard from them since. It has been 2 weeks. So now I decide to call their customer service line and to my surprise, there is no answer. I leave 2 messages 1 week apart, both stressing the urgency of them to call me back... No call back.
Cellular-blowout is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced... Especially since I have not even been able to speak to a customer service agent. And yes, I still have not received my refund!
Avoid these guys at all costs!
