SMC suspended my account because I reported them to the BBB for service not provided. SMS had a scheduled 1 week system outage for a system upgrade. SMC's response to BBB was that the system was available at specified time. SMCORP.com system was not available at time specified. Tried for days to contact via telephone and received message "Due to large volume of calls". As an IT Specialist for one of the largest financial corporations in the country, I do know that a system upgrade will not take 1 week. I wonder why SMC is not a member of the BBB...
