Ripoff takes money no intention of sending goods

My partner ordered an archos500715AV700 40gb on 16/12 for himself we knew it would not arrive in time for xmas.

So we waited until after the new year then i phoned and was told they were waiting for more stock and it would be another 10days.

So i waited and phoned today only to get a recorded message, he paid 295.00 for it and he is really really angry.

He is on disability and cannot afford to lose that amount of money.
