I ordered a PSP like a lot of people from this company, on 7th November, well in time for xmas! They charged me 185.00 instead of 169.95 and promised a refund, which never materialised. After much chasing (and what a nightmare it was to get through to them on the phone, the web-chat didn't work either and they were all Indian with annoying scripted responses) - I received a Japanese PSP on 16th December, with Japanese instructions, no memory card, no earphones, no case and a 2 pin plug! No mention of these details when I placed order!
When my son opened this on xmas day, it didn't work properly and he was disappointed that a lot of stuff was missing from it, the battery compartment was rickety too and the PSP only worked when it felt like it! I telephoned MYDV on boxing day and said it was faulty and I wanted to return it because I wasn't happy with the spec being Japanese and it being faulty too - however still waiting for a collection off DHL. I have telehoned and emailed about 20 times now and get a different story each time - although today I note their website and phone line is unavailable - have they been forced to stop trading or have they run off with everyones money?
Luckily I paid by credit card and Goldfish have refunded my money in full today! I'm so glad I have a decent honest company providing my credit card service - I can't afford to lose 185.00 and I feel sorry for all the other people who have paid by debit card - I hope you have some luck getting your money back!
It has taught me to be very very careful ordering online, and i think the local shops will be getting my hard-earned cash next xmas!!!
