In September we paid this company $3000 for internet insurance leads in 6 ZIP codes and never got a single lead for months. After waiting extremely patiently we began to make phone calls and emails to every customer service rep and manager we could contact several times.
After weeks of getting on the company to produce they gave us a total of 3 leads—all of which turned out to be FAKE. For example, when we recieved a lead for Health insurance we worked up a quote for the lady and contacted her—she informed us that she already had Health insurance through a different agent in our same company and had had this plan for many months already and had no idea about any internet lead request.
Now that we have recieved all of THREE bogus leads for the price of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS the company will not respond to any calls or emails.
