Insureme.com is supposed to provide insurance agents with clients that have requested a quote for insurance. They say that all their leads have been verified before thy charge you ($15 per life lead). They say they will credit you back for any bad leads. They entice you by offering a 10-20 free leads. I recieved 10 free leads, but all of the people said they never heard of them and they never requested to be contacted. When I had the time to sit on the phone for over an hour. Thy told me it was too long to request a credit for the leads I paid for except for one.
They have an automated online system you have to submit the credit for leads that are bad. They then said that my credit was denied for the lead for reasons that the credit didn't apply. When I called again to cancel because if you cancel and they credit you it would be for "store credit". After spending $90.00 for bogus information I said please just credit me back the remainder of the deposit I gave them. I now have to wait 24-48 hr to se if they will do anything they promised to do. Stay away from this company!!!
P.S. They said as I was canceling it that they could override the decision not to credit the bad leads but I would have to stay with the company and recieve more bogus leads
