IN June of we paid Allinsuranceneedz.com $3800.00 for internet insurance leads for six zip codes. We were told that we would write about 5-10 thousand in premium a month off of the leads. We were told we had to pay upfront for a year and that our representative would call us every week to see how the zip codes were working out. He informed us that they make more money with the zip codes working so that they could sell us even more zip codes. Our rep never called weekly and we could not get a paid invoice even.
We have not written a single lead and in fact have not gotten one for the city we do business in. We even submitted our own info to see if they system was working that that never showed. The representatives screen their phone calls and will NEVER talk to an upset client. We have tried to get a refund but we have left over 5 voicemails, 3 emails and numerous other calls that we didnt leave a voicemail on.
Please no matter what company you are with DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If anyone has gotten their money back, please let us know how you did it...
