I also was contacted by Brad Scott and promised leads for new loan applicants who needed insurance for their new homes. We were to get 30 home leads for $360. He would replace any leads for free if we were unable to sell a policy. He said they made their money from the lenders who would pay them for their services.
Their "girls" were to call the leads to verify the person wanted an insurance quote and were serious about insurance.
Zero leads had been contacted by "girls" from Southern Loans and zero leads had requested a quote for insurance. It was a scam. I talked to Andy once I signed up and they got my money. Brad Scott would not talk to me once he got the money. Andy promised me he would make sure all the leads were called prior to us getting the lead. NOT ONE LEAD expected our call.
Nobody will retrun phone calls or emails.
