15 months ago (aug - nov) I've used their services.

Nov I sent an e-mail that I would like to cancel it.
No response!
After few months I saw that IXPRESS still cherge my credit card!!!

I sent second e-mail to both departments - sales@ and [email protected]. All e-mails are listed on their website: http://corp. Ixpres.com/about/contact.Asp

I've. Received:

And I've asked for full refund of all NOT authorised from me payments.

I've called to BankOfAmerica about that because nobody answer on IXPRES phone, listed on the site. After conference with Bank Of America representative and IXPRES representative Holly Sullivan, I've agree to send them proof about my e-mails and they will solve the problem, and I did it. I received:

Now 20 days after that i see that they DID not cancel my account, did not refund any money...
More. They charged me AGAIN on Jan 04!!
