I have been trying to cancel a fraudulant account with the walmart connect since August and everytime i call the company i either get employees that are extremely rude and don't care of my problem or they threaten to hang up the phone if i dont give them the information they ask for. Obviously I do not have the information because somebody from Philadelphia is using my account and I live in Texas. Every month that i get charged to my account i call to try to fix the problem but it doesn't matter who you speak to everybody seem to be rude especially if you tell them that you do not understand their accent. Please, i have even ask to speak to the supervisors and they tell me that i am not allowed to speak to any supervisor unless they see it fit and my problem is not fit to speak to one. Could anybody please tell me how i can fix this problem because I have tried to fix it with them for 4 mths and havent gotten any results yet.
