Letstalk.com is offering very competitive rebates. However, it has become clear to me that they are doing everything in their power to discourage correct submissions of rebates.
In our case Letstalk.com's rebate center provided ambiguous information on the terms of the rebate and their rebate center, when contacted by phone, purposely provided incorrect information on when to send in the rebate. We followed those instructions and were denied the rebate based on sending the rebate in at an incorrect time. We have send all information three times so far, but they keep denying our rebate.
I am convinced that further investigations into this companies practices will reveal more and encourage any lawyer to start a class act lawsuit against Letstalk.com.
