I Ordered "free" trial. Made me deathly ill. Called and canceled. Sent back the rest of it from postal service. They then charged my bank account without autorization $99.99. I emailed their complaint dept which said they'd be back to me within 1 business day. No response. I called and they said that they had not received my package and to give them a tracking number (although I was not told to send it that way). They would have received that package long ago but they say they never got it. Then they say that I was "not in the system" as canceled! They refused to refund my money. I am going to an attorney tomorrow to see what I can do and reporting them to my bank as a fraudulent charge. I am also putting them in the better business bureau. I would like to know if there is a class action lawsuit going on about them and if not, I'd like to start one.
