Ripoff, Did not deliver advertising, Did not refund $2000.00 Internet

We sent them $2250.00 for a CPC advertising campaign, and they did not deliver the clicks. After 2 months of pure excuses from 4 separate Employees: Jimenah, Belen, Luciana, and Maria, they aggreed to refund the campaign.

The Excuses continued on into the refund phase, and eventually led to no communication at all. Some of the excuses are as follows:
-I was sick
-She was sick
-We need a signiture on this, and that person is out for the week.
-I am no longer in charge of this campaign.
-We have to confirm the campaign has been ended on our buyers side (after a confirmation was made)
-Trust me, we will have this processed by tommorow... 2 weeks later nothing.

They will hold out on your refund till the bitter end, and they you just have no choice but to give up, or send them to your collections agency.

Not a reliable company to work with.
