Wazoopi was contracted to perform an internet lead generation program per an Insertion Order on June 1. After many failed attempts, Wazoopi could not deliver leads as contracted. Steve Hugunin, owner of Wazoopi would not return phone calls or emails regarding refunding the campaign. After many legal threats Steve committed to refunding payment on Aug 21. Of course he did not send any refund and made many excuses.
After contact from our legal team, Steve decided to agree again on refunding the campaign in partial payment and in increments. After many excuses of returned mail and nevertheless no refund, Steve still will not to this day return emails or phone call to issue the refund as promised.
I was referred to Steve from a reputable Publishing Company that cannot believe Steve's actions and in the end i have done everything i can to give Steve and Wazoopi LLC a chance to make this right.
