I took my computer to Ergonocon for repair (a two hour drive) in November. I waited while this was done and paid $147 for this repair plus $100 for a battery which Mr. Erig was going to send to me from his warehouse the next day.
Upon returning home the computer again crashed within two days and would not start. I sent the computer to Mr. Erig to fix and after two weeks called to find out the status. He said he had replaced the hard drive and if I sent him $105 he would send it right out to me. I did so and did not receive the computer but the check was cashed.
I called again two weeks later and Mr. Erig said he had been running the computer and it crashed again so he sent it to IBM for repair (after removing my new hard drive and DVD/CDRW which he kept) and they fixed it and it was on its way back.
I waited and then in a week called again. This time Mr. Erig said that IBM could not repair the computer and gave him a $250 credit and I could get another computer for him for just $250. I asked for a fax telling me what I would be gettiing and he did after a few days fax me the information.
I sent him a letter asking for a credit for my new hard drive which he had and that he put my DVD/CDRW into my new computer and credit me for the CD that was in the computer. Also to please credit me for the battery which I never received. I would therefore gladly accept the new computer and would forget the $4 he owed me. I did not receive a response I have sent Mr. Erig certified letters which he never picks up, faxes, emails and phone calls.
I went to a computer show that he was attending and he said he had my computer, it was fixed and he would send it out Monday morning. Needless to say, he has never sent the computer.
I called Mr. Erig one last time before filing a law suit to my surprise he answered and he now says he has my computer and it just needs the Power DVD software program.
I am going today to file a lawsuit but Mr. Erig says he will meet me at the coffee shop near his 116 E Washington, Ann Arbor place of business. He says he is moving his business to Stadium Drive so cannot meet me in his regular place of business.

Mr Erig says that he teaches locally. I originally started doing business with his brother Tanner Erig. Muzaffer told me that Tanner is still in the business but also teaches.
If Muzaffer Erig shows up with my computer, I will certainly amend this report, however, I still would not recommend doing business with him.
