I purchased a product called 32bit Email Broadcaster that was supposed to allow me to broadcast up to 1 million emails without my internet provider stopping me. The program worked on a trial basis, but once I paid Bill Krahmer $60n plus tax for the the program and I received the upgraded application via download, it did not work. I've written to Mr. Krahmer at least 6 times and he gives me solutions but they don't work either. I asked him to refund my money within a few days of purchasing the program and he denied me.
I've asked for a refund 3 times. The company has denied refunding my money and I've had the program for almost 30 days. I've spent approx. 20 hours trying to send out a broadcast email message. Using a list of 500 recipients, the application sends up to 12 messages and either times out or starts rejecting the balance of the email addresses. I've also had a technician look at the program and reconfigure it for me and it still doesn't work.
Mr. Krahmer has charged me $60 plus tax for a program that does not work in a Windows XP Pro environment.
