MFS has guarantees a refund if a member is not satisfied. I was unsatisfied with their site because they misled me with vague descriptions of their service. So I requested my refund through e-mail multiple times, every month, for about seven (7) months.
Their replies were from [email protected] (suspicious), they were automated, and the manual replies were impolite and unprofessional (plus all-caps reply). They confirmed that they would send me a refund check by the month after I sent in the refund request, but alas, I never got it.
If this isn't fraud, I don't know what is. All I ask is that at least the company gets what they deserve. Thanks.
