Ordered 6 cartons of cigarettes the middle of December, and after a month and no product started emailing. Told me had trouble with customs. A while later after I requested a refund, they promised a refund, but would have to contact their billing people (Miva Merchant order is what the email stated). More time passed with no refund. Have been contacting them for several days in a row now with no reply. Of course, it's too late to get refund through card company. Have not given up because $122 is too much to lose.
