Dec brand-cigarettes web-site said to me that there new shipping minumum was 2000cartons so i sent them $30,000 ($15each carton) for 2000cartons of newport 100box they sent me 100cartons as of may and have not sent me anything since they said because i don't have retail liscense in IL, they wont send them to me. Last i heard from them was december of 05' they was supposed to send partial refund
