First, after only 3 1/2 months the ac adapter failed to work. I called India 10-15 times racking up about $50 in phone charges. No one at Dell would help and I had to trick them into putting a supervisor on.
After contacting 4 computer stores I was told all dell's parts are propriatory and need to be ordered through Dell. When I called to oreder this part I was told I could not charge any addtional items to my Dell account. So we ordered and paid by check.
The next month a charge for $222.15 was put on my account from someone in PA, I live and all acount info is in FL. (what happend to no charges on the account)?? After contacting Dell several times and already knowing I won't get any help I contacted BBB, attourney general, channel 8 and now I am filing a law suit. This isnt even including the non -no interest until 2006! Oh yes I was charged a 30% rate, when I have a 720 fica score...
I am willing to do whatever it takes to get some satisfaction, currently I go to the Dell kiosk @ the Mall and warn potential customers not to buy.
