First, I received a business opportunity from Angela Penbrook Productions and they asked for $197 to get tools to be a rebate processor. They promised a password immediately after the fee has been paid. I paid the fee but received no password. This was on the 2/18. It took till 2/22 for them to actually take the money from my account, but still no password. I sent my first complaint over the weekend and it was immediately followed by a response, instructing me to wait 24 hours for a rep to call me back. Which never happened, so I sent the second complaint, in which I requested a refund on 2/26. However no immediate emails.
Later that day, a man claiming to be a company rep for Angela Penbrook Productions contacted me. This man goes by the name of John Craig. He did not once address anything about rebate processing and went straight to explaining to me about building a home business with Ebay. I went through this weird interview and then I got in contact with his director name Cole Austin. Mr. Austin explained more about the Ebay business and I was informed only briefly about rebate processing, which was stated to me that it wasn't as important as starting my own business. Mr. Austin then started talking about my credit card information - AGAIN. Did I not provide all that so they can rip me off of $197?
I'm suppose to call Mr. Cole back, but yeah right, I'm so calling my bank first thing in the morning and have my account LOCKED.
My cell phone had saved two different numbers and I did research. One was the 801-492-0714 and the second number is as followed: 1-800-405-8582 ext 1072. It's a direct number to Cole Austin.
The 801-492-0714 had lead me to this site and where I researched more, receiving my revelation.
I've been through this crap before with Online Suppliers and they are very shady people. So you can imagine my shock when I realize that Angela Penbrook Productions is directly connected to Online Supplier/Success Team/Action Line - whatever it is now.
I am a struggling college student trying to make ends meet. My mother has cerebal palsy and can only do as much as she can. Do you honestly think I really need some idiots to rob all I have left to my name?
