America's Note Network
Misleading descriptions of programs offered, ripoff

Hello,
I have been a member of the Note Network for a couple of month's now but haven't really done anything with it. I got involved with the business because a friend of mine has been participating for over a year now and has made some money at it.

On September 26th I received an email from the company with an advertisement for their Apprentice Program with the Code of E3075G. I spoke with my friend about it and we were interested so I called the company on 3 separate occasions. On each time, I received a different explanation about what the program was.

The final time I called was on October 5th and that is when I was told the 3rd different explanation. At this time, needless to say, I wasn't too thrilled with the responses I had been given and asked to speak to a supervisor of which I was refused.

I then asked for the corporate contact information so I could contact the Arizona Attorney General's office to file a complaint of misrepresentation. My account was immediately cancelled by the Note Network without my knowledge.

I called the Note Network 2 more time's the same day and was told that they don't want people like me as their members and that they had refunded my money. Why wouldn't they want members like me asking questions to make sure that I understand the program?

I spoke to a person who Identified himself as the Customer Service manager as well as another who said he was in charge of Quality Assurance and that Russ Dalby himself was his supervisor. I asked Eric why different explanations are given for the same program and he stated that they don't use scripts and that the sales reps can say what they want.

When I questioned him on that, he said that he was just placating me. Eric claimed that I wasn't a genuine customer and that I was only trying to dig up dirt on the Note Network. He said that honest customers wouldn't ask these types of questions because they would just accept it at face value because they agreed with the system.

How can you agree with a system that hides the truth and then discredits those that seek it? This is unacceptable on any Customer Service level. Also, I was never given the contact information requested and was continuously berated by Eric Allen the Quality Assurance supervisor.

All I did was ask detailed questions to make sure that I understood the program. Then when I received different explanations, I asked even deep questions to find out why. This shouldn't be a problem for any reputable company to handle. My repeated calls since this has been that they refunded my money and that I shouldn't call anymore to be followed by a hang up.
