I have called the joke # of "Customer Care Center" for Tracfone 5x, because my cell phone only receives calls, I cannot call out! All the representatives there may speak English, but it's so heavily accented that they are VERY difficult to understand.
When I ask to speak to someone who speaks English fluently, they tell me that they all speak 2 languages, and I never get anywhere! After each phone call (which lasts longer than it should because of the language problem) they tell me "should be working now" It NEVER is!!!
Have emailed them with my complaint. All I got back was a "generic" response, not addressing my complaint at all, but telling me that "customer feedback was important"
My airtime card is due-12-09-05 and I have 282.0 units.
I cannot use this cell phone to make outgoing calls!!!
Any suggestions on how I may get their attention???
