I placed an order online using this company's site and I am sitting here 19 days later and still do not have three dvd's to give my friend for his birthday that was over two weeks ago.
I click on the order status link every single day and it has yet to even change. There is no phone number for this company anywhere on the site so I sent out three emails to there so called customer service department over one weeks time, and that was after I waited an entire week for my order that was supposed to be delievered within 24-48 hours, before I even got a response from them.
First of all there was no contact name or phone number from the two emails that they so kindly sent to me. So response one was "we will look into it" and after a couple days of silence I wrote them again and got response two "something is out of stock but if you would like we will send what we have right away and then send the rest later in the week". OK people I only ordered three dvd's from you and you couldn't even tell me which ones you were missing from my order but the thought was nice anyway. My response was that I would appreciate it if they went ahead and sent what they had to the shipping address and to please include an invoice of what item/items would be coming at the later date. This was the last time I have heard from them.
Another week gone by and I decided to fill out the handy Cancellation Form that is provided on the site and of course it does not work, it never works. So I sent another email to the Customer Service Dept. And kindly asked them to cancel my order and to charge-back my credit card for me. I have sent this email to them three times now and I have gotten no response from them at all. My credit card has not been fixed and I am sitting at 19 days and counting.
