I ordered some dvd's in the beginning of December. I didn't get the dvd's till the beginning of Feburary 2008. I emailed them multiple times and finally when they did respond, I was told that they had "lost" my order. This was after they charged my credit card for the full amount.
After emailing them I finally got my dvd's after I had asked for a refund. When I got them, they sent me the wrong ones.
I have been emailing them for a month now and I was sent an email two days ago saying that they have not recived my package. I know they are lying because I used delivery conformation and they did recieve it.
Now I have to wait while they "check" to see if its there. Had I known that it was going to be this trying to get some dvd's, I would have ordered them in parts instead of bulk with this company ThisisAnime.
They have NO Customer Service number and they communicate by email and it takes them weeks to get back with you.
I am still trying to get back the correct dvd's that I paid for. PLEASE do not buy anything from them. I learned the hard way!
