Hello Jake,
I know I have sent you a couple of Pm's lately. I on hold and to say the least am confused why. I have been truthful and honest through this whole situation. I sent you a long Pm a while ago explaining what happened in great detail. The support team is saying that I am on hold for multiple accounts for A) my fathers account ([email protected]) and cool.gif my old account ([email protected]). They are saying that these are multiple accounts.
In some ways they are but in the situation with my fathers account they approved him to pursue the site and now they are reneging on that. My father decided to pursue that site he sent a support ticket saying that he had signed up under me and did not relize that this was against the TOS. The support team said it was fine for him to pursue the site if I did not complete a offer. I did not. There for rules the the support team set for him (me not completing a offer) he has stayed in the TOS. They are saying that his account will remain on hold even though he has gained the 10 referrals needed to complete the site.
Now in my situation the support team has said the my account will remain on hold because of a old account I had when I lived at River Highlands when I moved I created the account I use now [email protected]. They are saying that because of this new account I am being put hold on.in clause a. Under accounts in the terms and conditions of the Gratis sites it states that a user can create a unqiue account within each referral based site. Since the sites are no linked together.
So On freegamingsystems.com, freephotoipods.com, free360xbox.com, freedigitalcamera.com, freedesktoppc.com, freepsp.com and on freehandbags.com I have one unqiue accounts. On freeipods.com, freeipodshuffle.com and freeflatscreens.com I have 2 accounts. This is where I get confused. Freeipods.com and freeipodshuffle.com I have complete with no problems and recieved my gifts (thank you by the way for those gifts). Freeflatscreens.com I signed up but have no intention of completing and both accounts do not have offer completed so that shouldnt be a issue. On freeminimacs.com I have already exlpained the situation.
In clauses B and C on the Terms of Service It talks about shipping adresses. Like I said in the freeminimacs situation The support team gave my father the ok. Now in the situation with my accounts I signed up on freeipods.com and freeipodshuffles.com when I was very new to the freebie business back when I moved. I used my old address signing up. I did not relize at the time that you could change the address when you placed a order and therefore created the account with my new address. When I found out that you could change the address I decided to finish the sites with the account seeing that I already had some referrals. The account on the freeipods.com and freeipodshuffle.com do no have offers completed and are inactive.
On freepsps.com I completed with the account. This is the main reason I am confused when the support team brings up the situation with my old and new accounts. If this is such big issue now then why wasnt it caught when I went througth the approval stages during the time when I was completing freepsps.com I have freegamingsystems finished and it is on hold. I used xx on that site and it is put on hold. I am just confused.
With the issue of multiple accounts on these sites. When I think of multiple accounts I think of people "referring themselves" to fraud the system to get there gift. If you look at my multiple account situation I have never referred myself. If you look at a site that has the accounts they are always seperate never referring one another and on any given site only one will have a offer completed.
Another question I have is in the Term and Conditions it talks about how the sites are "not linked together." If this means that if you are placed on hold for, in what my situation is multiple accounts on one site, then it wont effect the other sites. Then only freeipods.com, freeipodshuffle.com and freeflatscreens.com should be on hold. The other sites have only one account on them.
Jake, I am trying to make a real effort to show that I am a unqiue user. The support team talks about how this situation hurt the advertisers. I have never completed the same offer twice. I do not understand how I could be hurting advertisers. I am a legitimate and unqiue.
I know this is a long Pm and I would really appretiate it if the questions I have are answered. I am a big fan of the Gratis sites (check out my sig) and are always praising their honesty and integrity. I think that this situation is a big misunderstanding and is hard to understand because of the numerous support tickets and pm's. If there are any questions that I can answer or make clear feel free to pm me back or also my screen name is xxx and my cell is *. I am planning to be in DC soon and if it can be arranged maybe i could drop by explain my situation in person. If gratis does not approve of people stopping by I totally understand all I am saying is that I am willing to do so to clear this situation up.
