Free4Me Sites Owned By Peter Kasmin
Ripoff of time money and reputation

I signed up at Freelcds4me through a referral on one of the free site forums. I completed my offers and went green immediately. I then sent out the three referrals that were needed for the paypal prize that I had selected. My referrals went in and completed their offers also. There seemed to be a problem with the True.com offer, both of my referrals had to contact support to get credit, but it was taken care of once my referrals sent a copy of the confirmation email to support.

I then went in and signed up to have my prize sent. During this process there was an area where I had to click "verify my account". I found this odd as I assumed my account had been verified at sign up, but I selected the box and a memo came up stating that my account would be verified and then my prize would be sent out. I then went to the terms and conditions of the site and found that nothing was stated about the account having to be re-verified before a prize was sent out, but again I wasn't worried as I had followed all the procedures.

Three days later I went on the site and found that a message was on the top of the page stating that my account had been put on hold due to "multiple 500 accounts". I had no idea what this meant and I filled out a support ticket asking what was going on. I received a response that my IP address and someone else's on one of the free4me500 accounts were the same. They gave me the email address and I immediately ran an IP search on it. I found that first of all this email was not active and that the person's IP address was not even similar to mine, and they lived hundreds of miles from me. I then contacted support again and pasted copies of these reports for them to see. I was then told that the problem was that I had dialup internet access.

She said that they had this problem before and that is why dialup is not recommended for free sites. I then opened another ticket asking what the solution was to this problem. Considering that there was no stipulation on the terms and conditions about people with dialup not signing up, I still thought this issue would be taken care of. I offered to provide any proof needed that I did not have multiple accounts, i.E. Copies of my account with Peoplepc. Showing the email address I have etc.

I was told that I would have to email Peter, as he was the only one that could release a hold. I sent an email to Peter at the email address I was provided and got no response. I waited a few days and I sent another email, still no response. I sent another email and no response.

I have now referred people to this site and I'm sitting here with egg on my face. Not only have I wasted my time and money but I have caused my referrals to do the same. Not to mention that the person I did a referral for did not get credit either, because I am on hold.

I am really confused about this site. I have read topics on several sites where people got paid off Free4Me. Then I have read several that had the same experience I have had. I really don't know, but I'm obviously being ignored by the site owner and I'm out the $250 prize and my reputation with my referrals.

I don't even know where this site owner is located. I read online that he is in Connect but I don't know for sure. I would appreciate any help that anyone can provide. What agencies should I be reporting this to so that I can get paid? I saw another post on this site from a person in Houston and she had an agency contact her and Peter was forced to pay her.

I would really appreciate this information so that I can get paid too. I realize that like this other victim I will probably be banned from all the Free4Me sites because of this post, but frankly I could care less. If this is the way they do business, I don't want to be associated with them.
