I completed all the necessary steps to receive my order of a $250 iTunes Gift Certificate. I was informed that the item was available and "shipped" to me on January 3 and I should expect to receive it in a 3 - 10 day period.
However, I have still not received my item nor any contact from the company explaining why. I wrote multiple e-mails, filled out their online customer service form, and called them. I have not heard back from them yet, no matter my means of communication.
I would like my product and some genuine care for myself as a customer.
