Internet Virus Security ripoff! Do NOT access them ON-LINE! Charge but no product! Olympia

Last year I purchased the virus program on-line. I entered all required info, printed out my receipt. Was charged but computer kept saying I didn't have the program. Tried to contact Symantec but to no avail. Finally applied for diskette through mail and was charged again! They said they didn't have a record of my original purchase-even though I had printed out a receipt along with my receipt number. Upon near expiration, I UPGRADED to a more important Symantec-offered product.

Again, the same thing, printed out receipt, etc. But the computer kept saying not upgraded or updated. We tried to cancel our upgrade but no record of our purchase (on-line customer service) so, with all the daily prompts from Symantec saying " expires in 5 days; expires in 3 days; expired", husband UPDATED our product; no problem; BUT they charged us again!

Do NOT access them ON-LINE! They double charge you and even though you download the program or updates, their programming does not comprehend the actions and therefore you do not have a product! They do not have LIVE customer service ($24.99 you can have it but this is for your initial program and billing!), no phone numbers available and the HELP is a joke; you just go in circles! Do not purchase their product! They are just as bad as any of the viruses that they are supposed to be preventing!
