I tried to order some equipment from dell computer on May 6. There was a discount coupon involved with the order. The order was accepted and I was told it would arrive in 3-5 days.
It never came.
On 3 Jun I tried to see why. I was on the phone for about 0ne hour and twenty two minutes. I talked to 11 different people during this time. I was disconnected four different times by four different people. Could not understand 3 people and asked to be transfered to someone that I could understand. I hung up then and recalled going through all the different phone messages again. I was given the run around and no one person would help solve the problem. I was told that this one could not help me, then the next said the same and etc...
All I want to do is order a couple of items, use my discount and be done. I am a return customer for now. And when this business is done, so am I.
On my original order, I also was on the phone approximately an hour with I believe was another six to seven people trying to put together this two item order. Here again a I pushed from one person to another several times. Their advertised quote, "Dell makes it easy to shop" is a very wrong statement. This statement is right in the front of their salesbooks.
A month has gone by and I am not a satisfied customer. I am disgruntled.
I have a list of some 30 numbers and extentions that were given to me and none of them have been able to help Not counting the redirects that went through okay.
I have finally been given a US. Number to call. But now I have to wait until Monday to call since it is after hours.
