I am writing to add to the complaints I've already seen about this company. My husband ordered me a Louis Vuitton, or so we thought, for Christmas. We were assured it was authentic and that because we were referred to the site through one of their representatives, we would receive the bag at market price.
My husband ordered a large bag and received a wallet. When he contacted the company, he was met with a rude response and the opportunity to pay shipping again and return it and they would send the bag.
Instead of dealing with that hassle, and still trying to get me the bag in time for Christmas, he struck a deal with them to go ahead and keep the wallet, paying a portion of the cost of the wallet to get the original bag sent.
Things seemed legit at first, until the bag started falling apart. We should have done better research before purchasing. When I took my bag into the Louis Vuitton store here, they knew immediately it was not a real bag or wallet. We are sick over this, and detest being deceived. We could understand if we were told upfront that it was a knockoff, and went into the deal eyes wide open.
Now, when I went back to the website, it stated that due to "certain circumstances" they would be closing their online store. I see now, after reading other complaints that they actually have a physical address, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
I want my money back, period! I want this company shut down and for them to pay for their deceit. Thank you.
