I was looking for some dedicated server for my websites. I found one of them from askwebhosting.com. Their company name was vrtservers.net. As their website describe, dedicated server's specs and network envirnment were good for price. So I decided to purchase of one of them, but before I purchase, I asked question about refund
"I mean if I order 1server some additional ram and I am not satisfy, is there full moneyback? (refund)"
And they said "yes". So finally I purchased dedicated server with 29 IP. They send me email server will ready in 24h, but even 48h later, it was not ready. About 3 days later, I got server, but 29IPs were not even setup in server. It seems like they did not do anything for 3days. Also when I ask some technical or general questions, they reply email like 24h later and even they didn't answer all my qestion. (Lack of Communication and support) However I was not satisfy, so I asked refund, and they are saying that "ALL PAYMNET IS NON-REFUNDABLE".
Now what can i do? Huh? It's so fraud!
