I ordered a wallet from lushbags and they sent me the wrong one first of all. Then they told me how to send it back!!! Like who wants to go through 20 steps to return a wallet. Then I ordered a Cherry Blossom Papillon, the flowers on the purse are supposed to be pink and they were yellow. At the same time I had ordered the Backpack from them and they never even shipped it.
I fought with them for 7 days, was given wrong tracking numbers and was rudely talked to by their rep. Named Tiffany. Finally I decided to look in to the company.
I have 4 different phone numbers, 2 addresses, company names of money that lushbags owes to them, and other people who didn't get receive their bags as well.
I've gotten my charges reversed on my credit card for the crap that was and wasn't sent and I advise all of you to do the same. You can contact me by using the rebuttal box below if you would like any of the info. That I have on this scamming company.
