Ripoff kept charging my credit card after failing to deliver service

Total incompetent idiots, total ripoff.

I ordered "trial" service. They emailed to me that products had been shipped, but I never received anything and advised them accordingly. Finally, after more than 30 days had passed and I never received anything from them, I told them I was cancelling because they had failed to deliver anything, and I wanted a refund for the products/services that they never sent.

They insisted that before they could refund my money they had to send another shipment to me, which I would then have to return for a refund (at my trouble and expense, of course). It's now becoming Twilight Zone stuff. I said, OK, then sent their crap right back to them with a note explaing the situation and instructing them again to cancel and refund my money.instead, they kept charging my credit card monthly.

I phoned, emailed, and twice got told they would cancel and give me a refund, but instead they continued charging my credit card. The only way I finally got them to cancel my "service" and refund my money was to write to their registered agent for service of process, who is Seth Weisberg, 12959 Coral Tree Place, Los Angeles, CA 90066, threatening to file a lawsuit with claims for fraud and punitive damages.
