They decieved me into signing up for a "FREE" trial, yet charged my credit card without my authorization for this "FREE" trial.
I called them and asked for a refund. They refused. Sean (supervisor), told me that it wasn't a free trial, and that I had to pay $18 for it since I didn't cancel it. I didn't use it at all. They waived my service fee for the following month.
Any respected business would give a refund in such cases, especially, since I was a new customer. I told the guy that I will file a complaint and write reviews about my experience. So here I am.
