I have made multiple attempts and jumped through all of the hoops asked of me inorder to get my refund on a camera I bought over the Internet.
It started in christmas when I bought the refurbished camera for a christmas present for me from my parents. I sent for it a week prior to christmas but was upset when it didn't arrive in time. (It was my fault for ordering late) However I recived the package just after the new year and found the camera to be DOA (dead on arrival). So I promptly contacted their sales department and they instructed me to call the manufacturer. I did so and then called them back to get the RMA. (return Merchandise Authorization) I E-mailed them twice over two weeks then ended up calling them where I was finally able to get the Authorization. I shipped the package shortly there after and have E-mailed them twice since about my refund. I thought all was lost until I saw this website. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.
